Foleon’s journey to full-scale personalization

Not every personalization feature will be available from the get-go, we will be releasing these features one-by-one in order to test them effectively.

Below, you can see what we’re currently working on and what’s already available for you to test in beta.

Personalization: Text-based properties Personalize your Foleon Doc using contact-based properties in the Foleon Dashboard. You can now customize your Docs using the following text fields:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Industry
  • Company name
  • Job title

Personalizer role

Invite up to 5 users to personalize Foleon Docs during the beta test. The Personalizer role empowers anyone, regardless of design skills, to easily personalize Foleon Docs: freeing up your content creators for more strategic tasks. Here's what Personalizers can do:

  • Personalize Docs: Update greetings, company names, and other details without design expertise.
  • View analytics: Track performance with analytics for every personalized Doc.

Admins on your account can add up to 5 new users to trial the Personalizer role completely free during the beta.

Personalization in Batches: CSV imports

With a CSV import, you can scale your personalization efforts by uploading a contact data file into Foleon. In a few seconds, you can generate a unique URL for each contact.

This is for users who want to generate a larger amount of personalized versions to be distributed by their email provider or CRM.

Distributing content in batches by one single email helps you boost your team's productivity and do more in less time.

Page-based conditions

Different audiences, different content. Create one master Foleon Doc with limitless variations. Page-based conditions let you control which pages each reader sees based on information stored in your CRM — like their industry, location, and more.

Set up triggers that are tailored to each contact's information and provide the most relevant page content to different users with specific needs. For example, you could create a trigger that will show or hide a certain page in your Foleon Doc based on the contact's location, job title or department.

This can be used to create newsletters, magazines, brochures and more, tailored to your reader's location, industry or job title, giving them a truly unique content experience.
